Silicon Valley Builders Group has a large team of qualified personnel to handle small projects or multi-million dollar contracts. Our large pool of experienced personnel enables us to directly control most aspects of the project. We promote from within and help employees reach their maximum potential through various in-field trainings and core competency programs.

In regard to subcontractors, SVBG has a long list of qualified subs who have worked with us for 15+ years. These subs help SVBG offer full solutions on the various projects we are contracted for, and we guarantee all their work. Whether the sub is electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc., we make sure each sub is vetted and verified through their insurance and ultimate work performance.

Management and Expertise

Project managers, superintendents and lead foreman are assigned to oversee and run projects from beginning to end. In addition to this, SVBG Project Managers are responsible for attending Board meetings, documenting change orders, posting notices, as well as conducting onsite walk-throughs and project status meetings. SVBG Project Managers are experts in exterior construction and have years of “in the trenches” experience. Each manager has extensive familiarity working with property managers, large communities, as well as working closely alongside construction managers. 

In addition to our knowledgeable project managers, we also have some of the best construction workers in the industry. Our teams, from the foreman down to the general laborers, are all well qualified and take enormous pride in their work. Each employee wears an SVBG uniform and hardhat that easily identifies them to homeowners/tenants.

SVBG uses many different forms of technology to help facilitate projects and communication. Everything we do with technology is meant to help facilitate the project and provide information to our customers. For example, SVBG has developed a custom online portal for the storage of project files, content delivery, and customer communication. We also have an advanced VOIP phone system that allows us to deploy personalized phone support for specific projects. Both of these systems, as well other technologies utilzed for project management, such as task assignment, project scheduling, etc., make SVBG an advanced and technologically relevant construction company.

Areas of Focus and Services

When it comes to waterproofing, you need to have a licensed and certified applicator.
SVBG is certified to install various waterproofing membranes and deck coating
systems to ensure you are protected from the elements. We also work very closely
with product manufacturers to design and engineer the proper waterproofing
systems for individual projects. This relationship with the product manufacturer
ensures longer warranty and consumer protections for our customers.

Whether the project calls for lap, sheet, wood, or fiber cement siding; SVBG has
installed it all. We can re-side an entire complex or complete miscellaneous repairs.
When selecting a siding installer, it is important to use a company that has experience
with all types of siding. SVBG understands siding products can differ in installation.
For example, nailing patterns, flashing, waterproofing techniques etc. can all differ
from one product to the next.

Our in-house staff of masons can take on any project ranging from concrete pool decks, sidewalk repairs, intricate retaining walls systems, or simply installing a cultured stone patio. SVBG offers painting in combination with our construction services. While some painters will unfortunately ignore deteriorated, decayed, or rusted material, we help identify these issues as part of our painting process. We replace or repair ahead of the project so there are no hidden surprises. While stucco is an excellent solution to protecting a building from the elements, stucco buildings can still be susceptible to water damage. SVBG employees have a trained eye for cracks, depressions and normal wear and tear indicating problems with stucco walls. Once we have identified the reasons for the damage, we will make recommendations for a proper solution. Finally, we will take wet plaster and create patterns that are similar to your older stucco.
